The Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation continues to work with the National Park Service to support numerous projects to safeguard Parkway resources and enhance the visitor experience. Recent efforts have included re-roofing Mabry Mill and Puckett’s Cabin (Milepost 176 and 190, respectively); masonry repairs at the Blue Ridge Music Center amphitheater (Milepost 213); construction of an accessible walkway and entry plaza at Bass Lake (Milepost 294); and enhancements at the Museum of North Carolina Minerals (Milepost 331).
